How to make a reservation on HaveANiceStay.com.

The reservation process we have established was designed to be very simple.

1. Choose the city and state/province you would like to stay in. You can do this either by clicking a link on the left hand bar or by filling in the city and state/province boxes in the search form and clicking "Search".

2. You will then see a list of properties located in that area. Clicking the "View Rates" button will take you directly to a page that displays the hotel amenities and details. From this point you can either enter your arrival and departure dates at the top or you can click the back button to view the details of a different hotel.

3. Once you have chosen the property you are interested in, you need to enter the dates of your stay, number of adults/children, number of rooms, etc. This form is located at the top of the page and will check to make sure that there are rooms available for the dates you have requested in the property you have chosen. If for some reason the dates you have chosen are not available, simply click on one of the hotel names on the left navigation bar. This will automatically enter the arrival/departure dates, number of adults/children, and number of rooms for you and will check the availability at that hotel.

5. This page lists the different rates and room types available to you. Select the one that best suits your needs and click the "Reserve This Room" button to be directed to the check out page.

6. It is very important that you fill out this form completely. We will never sell your information or use it for anything other than making your reservation. We do need the information requested in order to process your reservation request. It is also very important that you re-check the reservation details displayed at the top of the page. This is the reservation request that will be sent to the hotel. Changes to dates, etc. can not be made to reservations after submitting this form. The only thing that can be done for an incorrect reservation is to cancel it and make a new, correct reservation. This can be avoided by double checking at this point.

7. Click the submit button ONCE (a reservation request is made each time you click the button) and wait for the confirm page to display. This could take up to 90 seconds but should not take any longer than that. If the confirm page does not display, a reservation has not been completed.

8. Once the process is completed a page will be displayed containing your reservation details, confirmation number, and cancellation instructions (should you need them). PRINT THIS PAGE!!! This page is your confirmation. Print it out immediately for your records. DO NOT refresh this page as it will resubmit your reservation request and book another room for you. You will not be able to bookmark this page (or add it to your favorites) for the same reason.

IMPORTANT - If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you will need to do so through our site. Some of the properties on our site charge a fee for cancellations if they are not made according to their cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation directly through the hotel, these charges may still apply since we have no way of opening this room up for another customer. Check the cancellation policy on your confirmation or e-mail us if you have any questions regarding this situation.
