Tuscana is located in the heart of the premier Golf Community Champions Gate of Orlando and is only two exits south of Disney World with easy I-4 access to all Central Florida attractions and shopping centers. Daytona Beach and Clearwater Beach are only an hour drive away. Tuscanas unique Mediterranean Condo Resort is located in the center of all major attractions and world famous Golf courses. You can experience all the comforts of your own home yet enjoy all the additional resort amenities you expect on vacation. Our amazing club house with a 30 seat movie theater, conference room, business center, restaurant, heated pool, Jacuzzi and poolside bar await you. The fully equipped fitness center has all you need to workout, relax or rejuvenate. If you need to check your e-mail or print something, the business center is open daily on a complementary basis. The large beach style heated pool surrounded by shaded cabanas is the perfect place to linger with friends. Enjoy the large Jacuzzi/spa on the pool deck while the children splash in their own pool with a fountain. The Tavern restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. Have a refreshing drink and enjoy the sports channel while sitting at the pub style pool bar. The resort offers 2 and 3 bedroom suites, which are decorated and designed for entertaining or relaxing and have large open floor plans. Each condo has 2 full baths, a dinning table, complete kitchen with appliances and dishware and large washer and dryer. For those who want to sit outdoors there is a screened porch with table seating. Many of the units overlook the golf course as well. Be sure to make reservations for the scheduled shuttle that goes daily MonFri to the Magic Kingdom. Please note that for all reservations for less than 5 nights there is a one time short stay cleaning fee of USD 35.00 for the 2BR and USD 45.00 for the 3BR. Our resort is pet friendly. There is a USD 250.00 non refundable pet fee for pets 20lbs or less/up to 2 pets.

Merge onto FL-417 S/CENTRAL FLORIDA GREENEWAY toward TAMPA/DISNEY WORLD- Portions toll. 5. Merge onto I-4 W via the exit on the LEFT. 6. Take the CR-532 W exit- EXIT 58. 7. Merge onto CHAMPIONS GATE BLVD. 8. Turn RIGHT onto S GOODMAN RD. between the 7-11 and Chilies restaurant. Follow the road 0.5 miles to Tuscana Resort 9. End at 1395 Tuscana Ln.
