Park Place offers a premier location with ski-in/shuttle-out access and a short stroll to Main Street. Each unit is equipped with a washer/dryer, balcony, fireplace, and steam shower. Two on-site outdoor hot tubs and easy access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub are included. Check-in is located at 505 S. Main Street, Breckenridge CO 80424. Please note that the minimum check-in age is 25. Our offices are open 24 hours a day. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The check-in location is open 24 hours a day. If you have any questions please call the main office at 1-800-661-7604. Breckenridge is a hub for a vast array of recreational activities such as fly fishing, trail hiking, skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking. Enjoy a day shopping on Main Street Plaza or visit Maggie Pond, a popular ice-skating rink in the winter and venue for jazz concerts in the summer.

From DEN 109W 1. Head south on Newbern St toward E 96th Ave. 2. Newbern St turns left and becomes E 96th Ave. 3. Turn right at N Vandriver St. 4. N Vandriver St turns slightly right and becomes E 74th Ave. 5. E 74th Ave turns left and becomes N Scottsberg St. 6. N Scottsberg St turns slightly left and becomes E 72nd Ave. 7. Slight right at E 71st Ave. 8. Continue on Jackson Gap St. 9. Turn left to merge onto Pena Blvd W. 10. Take the exit onto I-70 W. 11. Take exit 203 for State Hwy 9 S toward Breckenridge/Frisco. 12. At the traffic circle, take the 4th exit onto CO-9 heading to Frisco. 13. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto N Main St. 14. End at 505 S. Main Street.
