The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Cleaning fees, collected at check-in, are as follows- 1 bed USD 93.24, 2 bed USD 110.72. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Check-in is at 3145 Gulf Shores Pkwy. The person making the reservation must be 25 or older and occupy the rental for the duration of the reservation.
