Hapimag Lake Berkley Resort features Mediterranean style fully-equipped, beautifully furnished townhouses with 2 or 3 bedrooms. 24-Hour security protects this beautiful community. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size refrigerator, four burner ceramic stove with an oven, microwave and a coffee maker. Each unit features a spacious living room, your own washer and dryer as well as free wireless Internet access. Our pool is always at a refreshing temperature no matter what time of year you are here. Our Tiki Bar, located at the pool, offers you refreshments for your soul. Volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts are located on the property along with a billiard table, table tennis, and a gym. A playground, beach volleyball court, BBQ area, fishing dock and a walkway around Lake Berkley are also on site. Free parking is available in front of each house. The clubhouse features two Internet stations with printers, a library, area information, and coupons for local attractions. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A photo ID as well as a credit card are required at check-in. After hours check-in is available. If you are arriving after hours, please call us at 1-407-390-9083 to make prior arrangements.
