Located on the banks of the Little Pigeon River, the River Place Condos boast of large, private balconies over the river and beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. Families and couples can also enjoy picnicking on the river. There is a USD 30.00 cleaning fee. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Rental office is located on the 1st floor. Major credit card and drivers license are required at check-in. If arriving after 9pm please call the office at 1-865-428-4440 for arrangements to check-in. Pigeon Forge, the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains, has dozens of attractions for the entire family. From the Dollywood theme park and the Dixie Stampede Dinner Attraction to the outlet malls, theaters, and museums, Pigeon Forge is a city all ages will enjoy.
