Property Description
Poolside Villas is located on Holiday Isle at Norriego Point. This conveniently located complex is a great location for snorkeling and fishing or just watching the boats enter the Gulf. Poolside Villas amenities include a centrally located pool with BBQ grills. There are two types of views at Poolside Villas  one looks out over the pool with the Gulf of Mexico in the background, and the other allows you to view the harbor and marina. This three story complex is a great way to spend your holiday or a long weekend. Check-in is located at 842 Highway 98 East in Destin. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. A cleaning fee of USD 80.00 plus 11.00 percent tax will be collected at check-in. Check-in is between 3-5pm but rooms are not guaranteed at 3pm. Check-out is 10am. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays. No refund will be given for any check-in that occurs after 5pm. Check-in is located at 842 Highway 98 East in Destin. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. If you are arriving after 5pm you will find a key in the lock box outside our office door. Please call our office in advance at 1-850-837-0010 for the combination. Holiday Isle sits in the heart of Destin and is centrally located to shopping, world class restaurants, fishing, boating, and the beautiful sugar-white beaches of the Emerald Coast.
