Destin Homes by Holiday Isle Properties are located on Holiday Isle, a beautiful stretch of beach surrounded by Choctawhatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. These beautiful vacation homes have boat slips and are within walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Destin. Fully furnished with the comforts of home, you and your family can enjoy the beaches and boating in this home away from home. Minimum age at check-in is 25. A cleaning fee of USD 250.00 plus tax will be collected at check-in. Check-in is between 3pm and 5pm and check-out is 10am. 3pm check-in is not guaranteed. We may experience unavoidable delays on Saturdays. No refund will be given for any check-in that occurs later than 5pm. Some navigation systems list check-in address as 842 Harbor Blvd. Min. age at check-in is 25. If you are arriving after 5pm, please call our office at 1-850-837-0010 prior to your arrival to obtain lock box information.
