| Lied Lodge and Conference Center is a nature-inspired resort and meeting facility nestled on 260-acre Arbor Day Farm, less than one hour south of Omaha, Nebraska. Owned and operated by the Arbor Day Foundation, every aspect of Lied Lodge reflects our mission of inspiring people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. 144 renovated guest rooms overlook the picturesque hazelnut field and arboretum of Arbor Day Farm. Each room also gives guests an opportunity to participate in environmental stewardship with a recycling bin program, CFL bulbs, water-saving bath fixtures, and other eco-conscious choices. Lied Lodge is also a naturally beautiful location for weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, and business meetings, with 14,000 square feet of adjustable meeting space to accommodate groups up to 380. The on-site Timber Dining Room is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a variety of salads, sandwiches, pastas, seafood, and steaks to keep you satisfied. For those who want to relax and rejuvenate, a visit to the spa at Lied Lodge will soothe your mind, body, and spirit and leave you feeling renewed. Just a short walk from Lied Lodge, guests will enjoy the Arbor Day Farm Tree Adventure attraction with its miles of hiking trails, the 50-feet tall canopy treehouse, greenhouse facilities, interactive exhibits, and the guided Discovery Ride, taking passengers deep into the forest for a front row view of nature. From OMA 56S 1. Start out going NORTH on ABBOTT DR. 2. Make a U-TURN onto ABBOTT DR- passing through IOWA, then crossing into NEBRASKA. 3. ABBOTT DR becomes CUMING ST. 4. Turn LEFT onto N 14TH ST. 5. Merge onto I-480 E via the ramp on the LEFT- crossing into IOWA. 6. Merge onto I-29 S toward KANSAS CITY/I-80. 7. Keep RIGHT to take I-29 S via EXIT 4 toward KANSAS CITY. 8.
