Merge onto I-495 W via Exit 10W on the left (portions toll). Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Turn right onto E 35th St. Turn left onto Park Ave. Turn right onto E 33rd St. Turn left onto Broadway. Turn left onto W 32nd St.

From Newark: Head east on Haynes Ave. Take the ramp onto US-1-9 N. Take the New Jersey Turnpike US-9-Truck N/I-95/US-1-Truck N exit. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-95/NJ Turnpike. Partial toll road. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-80 exits 16E-18E Lincoln Tunnel US-46 and merge onto I-95 N New Jersey Turnpike N. Partial toll road. Take Exit 16E toward Lincoln Tunnel. Partial toll road. Merge onto Rt-495 E (signs for Lincoln Tunnel/Rt-495 E). Partial toll road. Entering New York. Turn left at W 36th St. Turn right at Broadway.
