150 gulf view rooms located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with 500 feet of white sand. We are in the heart of the Miracle Strip area and are conveniently located within walking distance of area attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Registrants under the age of 25 must pay a 100.00 USD cash deposit at check in. Deposit is refundable at check out after room inspection. Deposit for one night stay plus tax is due at time of booking. Credit cards are accepted for deposit and gets charged at time of booking.

Breakers restaurant next door. -- Directions -- Take I-10 East until you reach the Bonifay exit, turn right and head south on Highway 79, follow for approximately 45 miles south until you enter Panama City Beach. Turn left onto Panama City Beach Parkway which is also Highway 98 or Back Beach Road. Follow Highway 98 headed east for approximately 4.5 miles until you reach exit E. Turn right onto Clara Avenue, head south for 2 blocks. Turn left onto Front Beach Road. The Chateau is 0.25 mile east on the right.

Directions To Chateau Motel
From the north: Take US Highway 231 South in Dothan, AL. Highway 231 will intersect with US Highway 98, turn right and head west. After crossing Hathaway Bridge and after the second traffic light turn right onto Panama City Beach Parkway which is also Highway 98 or Back Beach Road. Head west on Highway 98 for approximately 7 miles until you reach exit D then turn left onto Alf Coleman Road. Turn right onto Front Beach Road, head west until you pass the County Pier. The Chateau is 0.25 block ahead on the left. From the south: Take I-75 North to I-10 West, follow to Highway 231 South, turn left, follow to Highway 98 West, turn right, follow for 15 miles to motel. From the east: Take I-75 South to the intersection of I-10, exit and head west on I-10. Look for the Cottondale Highway 231 exit, exit onto Highway 231 and head south. At Panama City Highway 231 intersection turn right onto Highway 98 West.
