If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival,cancellation fee of 10% of entire deposit or $30, whichever is higher is assessed. If cancelled 14 days or less, prior to arrival date, entire deposit forfeited. No refunds for early checkout.
Guarantee Policy
For reservations 3 nts or less a 1-nt dep plus taxes & resort fee is required and applied to the 1st nt of the stay. For reservations 4 nts or more a 2 nt dep plus taxes & resort fee is required and applied to the 1st 2 nts of the stay.
