| Winter: Cancellations prior to 45 days of arrival are charged a 100 USD. If reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, payment is non-refundable. Summer: A 50 USD fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hrs of arrival. |

From the Salt Lake City Airport, take I-80 eastbound. Continue approximately 25 miles and exit at Park City/Kimball Junction exit 145. At the first stop light turn right (at the McDonalds). This is Landmark Drive. Continue .75 miles and turn left onto PowderWood Lane, just after the Tanger Outlet Center of Park City. Make the first right turn to the PowderWood Management Office for check-in. Upon checking in, the staff will direct you, or take you, to Fox Point, which is located within one mile. Guests check-in at PowderWood Resort, which is located within one mile of Fox Point at 6975 N. 2200 W.
